Sexual abuse scandal at an İmam Hatip high school! It turns out the assistant principal was also accused of sexual abuse at his previous school...
It has been revealed that K.Ç., an assistant principal at Aybastı Anatolian İmam Hatip High School who was found to have sexually abused 16 students, had previously been accused of sexually abusing 12 students at a school where he worked in Ağrı, and that the investigation into that case resulted in a decision of non-prosecution.
It was revealed that K.Ç., who served as an assistant principal at the Aybastı Anatolian İmam Hatip High School in Ordu, had sexually abused 16 children, leading to his arrest. It has now emerged that K.Ç., who is being tried while in custody, was also accused of sexually abusing 12 children at a school where he previously worked in Ağrı, and that the investigation opened at the time resulted in a decision of non-prosecution.

At the Aybastı Anatolian İmam Hatip High School in the Aybastı district of Ordu, 16 students went to the school administration to file a complaint, stating that they had been subjected to verbal and physical abuse by assistant principal K.Ç.
While some of the 16 male students stated in their testimonies that they were subjected only to verbal abuse, others reported both verbal and physical abuse, explaining that K.Ç. touched their private parts and made sexually suggestive remarks to them.

Following the collection of the students' testimonies, an investigation was launched into K.Ç. under the instruction of the prosecutor's office. The investigation, which began at the Aybastı Criminal Court of First Instance, was later transferred to the Fatsa High Criminal Court, and K.Ç., who was arrested by the Fatsa High Criminal Court, was taken to the Ünye Prison.
HE WAS ALSO TRIED FOR HARASSMENT AT HIS FORMER SCHOOL
As reported by BirGün, it has been revealed that the assistant principal named K.Ç., who has been in custody for approximately 5 months, was also arrested for sexually abusing 12 students at a school where he worked in Ağrı. In the decision written by the Aybastı Criminal Court of First Instance, it was noted that "there was also a judicial investigation file conducted by the Ağrı Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding K.Ç. concerning similar allegations, that the file resulted in a decision of non-prosecution, and that the suspect, in that file as well, had claimed in a similar manner that the school administration was slandering him, providing the same defense as he did in this case."

Regarding the investigation in Ağrı, the Aybastı Criminal Court of First Instance added to the file the information that "a decision of non-prosecution was given regarding the suspect after the victims later came forward and stated that they were withdrawing their statements, that an examination of the file showed the allegations of the victims were of a similar nature to the allegations of the victims in our file, and that the suspect had abused the victims for sexual purposes under the guise of joking."
HE WAS SENT TO ANOTHER SCHOOL DUE TO SEXIST REMARKS
It was also stated that K.Ç., who was arrested on charges of abusing children after starting work at the Aybastı Anatolian İmam Hatip High School following the non-prosecution decision in the Ağrı investigation, had been sent to the Aybastı Anatolian High School 8 months ago by the school administration while he was an assistant principal at the Aybastı Anatolian İmam Hatip High School on the grounds of "using sexist expressions towards children."
