With a decision taken by the Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration on March 18, 2025, the diplomas of 28 graduates, including Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu and Galatasaray University faculty member Prof. Dr. Naciye Aylin Ataay Saybaşılı, were revoked on the grounds of an "obvious error."
