She has only been eating fruit for 33 years... She is living the healthiest years of her life

The quest for a healthy lifestyle brings with it many different diets and nutritional models. However, 58-year-old Anne Osborne's choice is quite out of the ordinary. Osborne has been sustaining her life by consuming only fruit for the last 33 years and argues that this habit has had positive effects on her health.

'I NEVER LOOKED BACK'

Born in England and living in Australia since 2003, Anne Osborne states that her journey of consuming entirely raw fruit began in 1990. "I started eating more fruit gradually over a year and moved away from cooked vegan food. Eventually, I switched to a 100 percent raw fruit diet. 33 years have passed and I never looked back," she says.

Osborne became a vegetarian at 19 and switched to a vegan diet a year later. Stating that vegan nutrition provided her with great benefits, Osborne decided to consume only fruit four years after that experience.

Osborne's daily menu is quite simple. After her morning run, she drinks two large glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice. At noon, she consumes plenty of fruit according to the season. She usually eats 2-3 avocados for lunch. Dinner is a large plate consisting of her favorite fruits. Currently, papaya and blueberries are among Osborne's favorites.
