Some roads in Üsküdar to be closed to traffic for 3 days
The Istanbul Police Department's Traffic Inspection Branch has announced that certain roads in Üsküdar will be closed to traffic as part of an event to be held on August 5, 6, and 7.
In a statement issued by the Provincial Police Department, it was announced that from 11:00 PM on August 5, 6, and 7 until the end of the program, all roads remaining between the intersection of Çengelköy Street and Kerime Hatun Mosque Street and the intersection of Kuleli Street and Yamaçlı Street, as well as Çengelköy Hamam Arkası Street and Fıçı Street, will be closed to vehicle traffic.
The alternative routes determined for drivers are as follows:
"For the Kuleli Street direction: Kerime Hatun Mosque Street, Kemalettin Tuğcu Street, Hür Street, Meşrutiyet Street, Havacı Street, Albay Üçer Street, and Yamaçlı Street.
For the Beylerbeyi Street direction: Yamaçlı Street, Albay Üçer Street, Havacı Street, Meşrutiyet Street, Şekip Ayhan Özışık Street, Mor Salkım Street, Yalnız Selvi Street, Kaldırım Street, Zübeyde Hanım Street, Prof. Dr. Beynun Akyavaş Street, and Güzeltepe Street."
