The southwesterly winds (lodos) that began in Çanakkale yesterday evening continue to affect the city. Following the impact of the lodos on maritime transport in Istanbul, ferry services have also been cancelled in Çanakkale.

Due to the lodos, which is reaching average speeds of 60 kilometers per hour, all ferry services on the Çanakkale-Kilitbahir line have been cancelled.
Services on the Çanakkale-Eceabat line will operate on odd hours from Eceabat (such as 11:00 and 13:00) and on even hours from Çanakkale (such as 10:00 and 12:00). Services on the Lapseki-Gelibolu line are continuing without a fixed schedule.
On the Geyikli-Bozcaada car ferry line, the 11:00 and 15:00 departures from Geyikli and the 10:00 and 14:00 departures from Bozcaada have been cancelled, while on the Kabatepe-Gökçeada line, the 13:00 departure from Kabatepe and the 11:00 departure from Gökçeada have been cancelled.
Additionally, on the Narlı-Marmara Island line in Balıkesir, the 16:15 departure from Narlı and the 11:30 and 17:30 departures from Marmara Island will not be able to operate.
