Speeding car crashes into passenger minibus: 10 injured
In Bursa, a speeding car collided with a minibus carrying passengers. Due to the impact, one passenger was thrown through a window. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
The accident occurred on Küçük Sanayi 9th Street in the Üçevler Neighborhood of Bursa's central Nilüfer district.
According to the information obtained, the car with license plate 16 BAD, driven by Arif D., collided with the passenger minibus with license plate 16 M 10288, driven by Mustafa K., who failed to obey a 'Stop' sign while traveling on the street.
As a result of the accident, the minibus crashed into a shop selling spare parts, and one passenger was thrown through a window. 10 people were injured in the accident.
Upon notification, health, fire, and police teams were dispatched to the area.
While the injured were transported to nearby hospitals by medical teams, the police have launched an investigation into the incident.
On the other hand, shop owners stated that there have been numerous accidents in the same area and requested that authorities install speed-reducing measures.
