Stabbing incident in Bursa Uludağ: 2 injured

A stabbing incident that occurred around 14:50 in the parking lot of the Mandıra area in the 1st Hotels Zone of Uludağ National Park, in Bursa's Osmangazi district, caused panic. Security forces were dispatched to the scene following reports of an individual armed with a knife.

Investigations revealed that the incident was linked to a vehicle with the license plate 16 LDP 95, belonging to an individual named Yavuz Selim Arı (32). It was learned that a dispute, which began when an Iranian national named Amin Hadikashi (35) fell onto the aforementioned vehicle, escalated into a fight, and both parties wounded each other with knives.

Both individuals were transported to hospitals by ambulances called to the scene. Yavuz Selim Arı was taken to Yüksek İhtisas Hospital, while Amin Hadikashi was taken to Çekirge State Hospital. Hospital officials reported that the injuries of the wounded were not life-threatening.

A knife, believed to have been used in the incident, was taken into custody by security forces. It was learned that the duty prosecutor at the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was informed and a judicial investigation into the incident has been initiated.

While this incident in Uludağ caused brief panic among domestic and foreign tourists, the rapid intervention of security forces prevented a potential tragedy.
