Statement from Ali Yerlikaya on Ayhan Bora Kaplan!

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya spoke about the police officers who were removed from duty in the ongoing Ayhan Bora Kaplan investigation. 

In a statement made on his social media account, Yerlikaya included the following remarks:

"Whoever is colluding with terrorist organizations and their extensions, or with organized crime groups, and attempting to 'set up a game' supported by social media against our President, our government, and our politicians using FETÖ tactics; we will dismantle their games and destroy the traps they have set. Under the leadership of our President, just as we did yesterday, we have not allowed, are not allowing, and will not allow any breathing room for organized crime groups, urban bandits, international drug cartels, internationally organized human smugglers, illegal structures linked to foreign intelligence services, and criminal hubs today. Whoever tries to hinder this struggle of ours, whoever wants their own dark order to prevail using FETÖ-style secret witness tactics, we are tearing down their order over their heads, and we will continue to do so. Whatever structure exists within any institution targeting our President, our government, and our politicians, we will pursue it to the end, identify those structures, and deliver them to justice. The relevant report by the Civil Service Inspectors will be completed shortly. They are examining every step taken and every phone record one by one. We will share this prepared report with the public in the finest detail. And we will do what is necessary. May our noble nation rest assured; just as we entered the lairs of traitors in our fight against the Separatist Terrorist Organization (BTÖ) and FETÖ, we will find these criminal hubs in every hole they hide in and drag them out."
