Statement from Anadolu University regarding harassment allegations
The Rectorate of Anadolu University has announced that an investigation has been launched into allegations that a faculty member verbally harassed a student, and that the faculty member has been suspended.
Anadolu University student B.B., who is studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts, filed a complaint alleging that faculty member C.S. harassed her. The university rectorate launched an investigation following the allegation.
''THE FACULTY MEMBER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED''
The statement from the Rectorate is as follows:
"Following the receipt of a complaint regarding allegations that a faculty member at our university verbally harassed a student, an investigation was immediately launched on the same day, and the faculty member in question has been suspended. The investigation into the faculty member is being conducted meticulously by our university, and the process is being followed with sensitivity by our university administration."
