DEM Party Imralı delegation members Pervin Buldan and Mithat Sancar visited MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli at his office this morning.
In the statement issued by the DEM Party regarding the meeting, it was stated: "As the DEM Party Imralı delegation, we held meetings with the AK Party delegation on July 15 and with Mr. Devlet Bahçeli on July 16 to evaluate issues on the agenda regarding the peace and democratic society process.
During the meetings, we exchanged views on the current stage of the process, the implementation of the legal framework as soon as possible, and the necessity for it to be of a nature that can meet the needs.
Our consultations in this direction will continue.
Following our contacts, we aim to hold a meeting with Abdullah Öcalan in Imralı as soon as possible."
