In a statement issued by Koç Holding, it was noted that it has been observed recently that fake social media accounts and websites have emerged that use the names of Koç Holding AŞ, Koç Group companies, and members of the Koç family, or imitate their voices and images.
The statement emphasized that legal rights are being exercised regarding these accounts and sites, which have been identified as making various unfair and unlawful demands of internet users, including investment solicitations through fraudulent methods, and the following was noted:
"We kindly request that you do not give credence to misleading content that has no connection to Koç Holding AŞ, Koç Group companies, or members of the Koç family, and we would like to remind you that up-to-date and accurate information can be accessed through our corporate website, koc.com.tr, and our official corporate social media accounts."
