Statement from Minister Koca on 'Küçükçekmece'

Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca made a statement on social media regarding the 3-story building that collapsed in the Kartaltepe neighborhood of Küçükçekmece.

Koca stated the following:

"As of 09:35, we have identified 7 injured individuals in the building collapse that occurred this morning in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul. 5 of the injured have been transported to the hospital, while 2 people stated they did not require treatment. 15 ambulances and 5 UMKE teams have been dispatched to the scene. I extend my best wishes for a speedy recovery to those affected by the incident."

Bu sabah İstanbul Küçükçekmece’de bir binada meydana gelen göçükte saat 09.35 itibariyle 7 yaralı olduğunu tespit ettik. 5 yaralı hastaneye nakledildi, 2 kişi tedaviye ihtiyacı olmadığını belirttiler. Olay yerine 15 Ambulans ve 5 UMKE Timi görevlendirilmiştir. Olaydan…
