Statement from Minister Tunç on Ayhan Bora Kaplan!
Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç, regarding the Ayhan Bora Kaplan investigation in which 3 high-level police officers were suspended, said, "We have full confidence in our judiciary."
Ayhan Bora Kaplan, when asked about the investigation into public officials at the Ankara Provincial Security Directorate who were suspended after being named in allegations regarding the criminal organization, Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated that matters related to ongoing investigations and prosecutions are being examined.
LET US TRUST OUR JUDICIARY
Stating that public prosecutors are meticulously conducting the necessary investigations into the allegations, Tunç said, "Let us trust our judiciary. Our public prosecutors examine, investigate, and bring every kind of allegation before the judiciary down to the finest detail. In this sense, no one should have any doubts. Let us trust our judiciary on this matter. Our impartial and independent judiciary will go after anyone who commits a crime or does wrong, regardless of their title."
Minister Tunç noted that the results of the investigations and prosecutions should be awaited.
