Statement from Minister Uraloğlu on Instagram: When will the ban be lifted?

It has been learned that the BTK will meet with Instagram officials today at 1:00 PM.
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made the following statement regarding the issue on his social media account:
"A meeting was held last week with officials from the social media platform Instagram, to which we imposed an access ban due to its policies regarding catalog crimes.
During the meeting, our sensitivities regarding compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey were conveyed.
We will meet with them again this afternoon.
We hope they will do what is necessary to meet our demands; we expect positive developments."
