Statement from Murat Dalkılıç's press consultant following his detention

As part of a drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office targeting celebrities, 17 people, including famous singer Murat Dalkılıç, have been detained.

Issuing a statement to inform the public, Murat Dalkılıç's press consultant Özgür Aras stated that the artist's investigation process is proceeding transparently and expressed their belief that no criminal elements will be found following the completion of the procedures. Aras included the following statements in his announcement:

"Murat Dalkılıç was detained this morning as part of a narcotics investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

We have full faith that he will be cleared after his statement is taken during this process and after he provides test samples if deemed necessary.

We would like to inform the public that he does not use any illegal substances in any way, other than the antibiotic medications he uses due to the nose surgeries he has undergone."
