Statement from Nagehan Alçı regarding the 'theft' lawsuit filed by Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı

The tension between Nagehan Alçı and Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who divorced last year, continues.

Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who has been accused of physical and psychological violence by his ex-wife, claimed that Nagehan Alçı stole his phone.

ROK FILED A COMPLAINT

Kütahyalı alleged that Alçı entered their jointly owned home and stole his mobile phone. Kütahyalı filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office. An indictment has been prepared regarding the matter.

The indictment prepared by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office states that the suspect, Nagehan Alçı, declared that she had taken the mobile phone by mistake and that Nagehan Alçı had sent messages to the informant stating that the mobile phone was not in her possession.

The indictment included Nagehan Alçı's defense, in which she stated that Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı had made remarks about her to third parties and that she had handed the mobile phone over to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to prove these claims.

Speaking to Odatv, Nagehan Alçı stated that the phone in question was one she had picked up at their shared home thinking it was her own, but later realized belonged to Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı.

Nagehan Alçı stated that she had handed the phone over to the prosecutor's office herself, saying, "I handed it to the prosecutor's office because I saw that Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı was messaging about me, making slanders by introducing himself as a police officer, and trying to target me, and I knew this was a crime. I am the one who handed over the main subject of the incident that Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı calls 'theft' to the prosecutor's office. Let me underline that the phone in question is at the prosecutor's office as evidence of a crime."

"I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PENNY IN ALIMONY"

Stating that there are many lawsuits between her and Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, primarily regarding insults and alimony, Nagehan Alçı said, "I am facing a person who does not comply with the law in any way, starting with the divorce protocol we signed. For example, I have not been able to receive a single penny in alimony.... It will be a year in October since we divorced. He is stalling the courts."
