Statement from the Ministry of National Defense regarding the remains of our martyrs
The process of bringing back the remains of our 20 soldiers who were martyred in the cargo plane crash in Georgia has begun.
The Ministry of National Defense stated: "Our plane carrying the sacred remains of our martyrs has departed from Tbilisi."

The remains of the 20 soldiers who were martyred on November 11 when a C-130 military cargo plane belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces crashed in Sighnaghi, in the Kakheti region of Georgia, are being brought to Turkey.
The "Koca Yusuf" A400M aircraft carrying the remains of the soldiers departed from Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport in the capital for Ankara. Following their arrival in Turkey, the remains of the martyrs will be sent to their final resting places after a ceremony is held.
