Statement on concerts from Mansur Yavaş!

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş announced that the investigation and review regarding concert budgets have been completed. Yavaş said, "It is clear that the figures mentioned are not as claimed in the perception operation being attempted," and added that they would provide a detailed explanation along with the expenditure items.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş stated that the investigation and review regarding the controversial October 29 Republic Day concert budgets have been completed.

In his statement, Yavaş said, "The investigation and review we initiated following reports in some media outlets regarding the budget for the concert event we organized specifically for the 101st anniversary of our Republic on October 29 have been completed. In addition to this, the allegations raised regarding the budget for a series of concert events we organized specifically for the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day have also been included in the scope of the investigation and review."
