Following the detention claims that have emerged in recent days regarding former Beşiktaş president and owner of Bilgili Holding, Serdar Bilgili, Bilgili Holding has issued a statement. Reports, particularly on social media and some news websites, claiming that Bilgili was detained at the airport while returning to Turkey from the United States, had caused a stir in the public eye.
In the statement made by Bilgili Holding, it was stated, "A necessity has arisen to inform the public due to the untrue news appearing in some media outlets regarding Bilgili Holding Chairman of the Board Serdar Bilgili."
