A new decision has been made regarding 5 of the individuals against whom precautionary measures were applied concerning their assets and financial transactions as part of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It was reported that the measures were lifted in line with "statements taken and other evidence collected."

A new letter was sent to the relevant institutions by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

In this new letter, it was stated that a re-evaluation was conducted regarding some suspects for whom precautionary measures were taken concerning their assets and financial transactions as part of the investigation, in line with "statements taken and other evidence collected."

Among those whose precautionary measures were lifted are Ali Emre Ballı, Güven Çapan, Hayati Efe Oğuz, Murat Yönaç, and Mustafa Yazıcı.

Hayati Yazıcı'S SON IS ALSO ON THE LIST

Among the names whose measures were lifted is Mustafa Yazıcı, the son of AKP Deputy Chairman for Political and Legal Affairs Hayati Yazıcı.

TRAVEL BAN IMPOSED

According to the report by Batuhan Serim from Cumhuriyet newspaper, it was decided to apply a judicial control measure in the form of a travel ban on Mustafa Yazıcı, the son of AKP's Hayati Yazıcı, whose statement was taken.

Hayati Yazıcı previously served as the Minister of Customs and Trade and currently serves as the AKP Deputy Chairman for Political and Legal Affairs.

MURAT YÖNAÇ'S MEASURE ALSO LIFTED

Murat Yönaç, one of the individuals whose measures were lifted, is known as a former deputy chairman of the BRSA (BDDK) and a founder of Adil Katılım Bank.
