Stone attack on medical team in Şırnak: 7 injured, including 3 health personnel
In the Silopi district of Şırnak, a medical team that arrived at the scene to treat those injured in a fight between two groups was attacked by a group. During the incident, 7 people were injured, including 3 health personnel.
According to information obtained regarding the incident, an argument between two groups in the Şehit Harunboy Neighborhood turned into a fight.
4 people were injured in the fight, in which stones and sticks were used.
A medical team that went to the area to intervene for the injured was also attacked. As a result of the medical team being attacked with stones while arriving to treat the injured, 3 health workers were injured.
DAMAGE TO AMBULANCE
The ambulance was damaged after being struck by stones.
The injured were taken to Silopi State Hospital for treatment after receiving initial intervention from other ambulances that arrived at the scene. It was noted that the health status of the injured is good.
Police teams, who launched an investigation into the fight, have detained some suspects.
