In an incident that occurred yesterday at the health center located in Denizli's Acıpayam Yassıhöyük neighborhood, family physician Seher Nur Özden attempted to light the stove.

For reasons yet to be determined, the stove suddenly flared up, causing burns to Özden's hands, feet, and various parts of her body. Her husband, who was with her at the time, also burned his hands while trying to extinguish the leaping flames.

Doctor Seher Nur Özden was taken to Pamukkale University Hospital by an ambulance called to the scene.

It was learned that Seher Nur Özden, who sustained second-degree burns on her body, was later transferred to Antalya City Hospital.
