Stove tragedy in Bursa: Husband and wife found dead
Two people have lost their lives due to carbon monoxide poisoning from a stove in the Nilüfer district of Bursa.
The incident occurred on Menekşe Street in the Yolçatı neighborhood of Bursa's Nilüfer district. According to the information obtained, Nermin D. (65) and İsmail D. (66), who lived in a two-story house with their son, added coal to the stove in their room before going to sleep at night.
Carbon monoxide gas leaking from the stove poisoned the husband and wife in the room. Upon notification, 112 emergency teams arrived at the scene.
The couple, poisoned by the gas leaking from the stove, was found dead on the sofa bed.
