Gürkan Hacır announced that the DEM Party Hakkari Mayor was detained at his daughter's house in Van due to suspicion of flight.

Making statements on the subject, Hacır used the following expressions:

"The information received from Interior Ministry sources regarding the DEM Party Hakkari Mayor, who is on Turkey's agenda today, is as follows; Sinan Burhan had said it first, and then Fuat Uğur confirmed the news.

The information Fuat Uğur received from the Interior Ministry is that the Mayor was detained at his daughter's house in Van due to suspicion of flight.

The reason is that he left the city and went to Van 2 days before a criminal case in which he has been on trial for approximately 20 years, creating a suspicion of flight. He was detained due to this suspicion. This is the first time this is being reported in the Turkish media on our channel."
