Following the death of FETÖ ringleader Fethullah Gülen, striking messages are coming from state institutions as well as politicians. The Special Operations Presidency, which lost 42 martyrs during the July 15 coup attempt organized by FETÖ, has made a striking post on its social media account.

THEY HAD MARTYRED 42 SPECIAL OPERATIONS POLICE OFFICERS

FETÖ, led by Fethullah Gülen, attempted a coup on July 15, 2016, in an effort to seize control of the country's administration. 42 police officers were martyred at the Ankara Gölbaşı Special Operations Center in attacks carried out by FETÖ-affiliated soldiers. In a post made today on the Special Operations Presidency's X account, the following statement was used: Those who live without roots are buried without a homeland.
