Striking questions from Murat Emir: Installment promissory note issued in the name of the house Akın Gürlek called a 'lie' has been shared

Özgür Özel addressed Akın Gürlek again at the rally held by the CHP on the first anniversary of March 19 in Saraçhane and announced that he would reveal a new document regarding him. CHP's Emir shared the document regarding the installment paid for the Mesa Istanbul Houses, which Özel mentioned at the rally.

Making striking statements at the rally they held in Saraçhane, Özel had used the following expressions:

"Today, you made a property declaration in 2024 and paid the property tax yourself at the Avcılar Ispartakule Bizim Evler site, which I announced yesterday and which does not appear on the screen. You say you don't have the Mesa Istanbul Houses; I am sharing with the press the payment schedule showing you pay 2 million TL in installments every month."

POST FROM MURAT EMİR

CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir made a post on his social media account regarding the document in question and asked striking questions.

Here is the document that Emir shared regarding Minister of Justice Gürlek:

"Think of two contractors, one is a suspect and witness in the IMM files, the other is a defendant.

A deputy minister and prosecutor comes along and pays only a 1.5 million TL down payment. The rest is a promissory note!

The contractors trust the prosecutor so much that they transfer the ultra-luxury house without even placing a lien on the sale. And the prosecutor sells this house for exactly 40 million TL before even a year has passed, as soon as the promissory notes are finished!

I ask the entire judiciary community here:

Is there a single person among you who can pay 3 million TL in promissory notes per month with a civil servant's salary?

Hey contractors, I ask you too:

Do you sell luxury houses to an ordinary citizen at half price with a very small down payment, without placing a lien on the title deed, and with a promissory note by hand?"
