Stating that the government relies on traffic fines to keep the wheels turning, Karal made the following statement:

“205 thousand TL per second

12.35 million TL per minute

740.8 million TL per hour

17.78 billion TL per day

And a total of 1 trillion 49 billion TL in just 2 months.

This is not the earnings of a company, a factory, or an international firm.
