Stripped naked and harassed high school students: His statement has emerged

The incident took place last September in Sarıyer. It is alleged that an individual named N.Ç. (41) looked at students by opening the curtains of his home located across from a high school and began to strip until he was completely naked. Some students who noticed the situation reacted to the individual, but the suspect did not pay any attention.

N.Ç. continued his actions on consecutive days. On September 11, the suspect opened his window, stripped naked again, and engaged in harassment by looking at the students while exposing his genitals.

Following the reactions, the students reported the situation to police teams, and N.Ç. was taken into custody by the police. The prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the matter.

HIS STATEMENT HAS EMERGED

In his statement, the suspect N.Ç. denied the accusations, claiming that his home was constantly being called from the school, that he walked around his house with his upper body bare, that his curtains opened constantly due to their design, and that he was only trying to fix the curtain cords. He stated that his lower body was definitely not naked and that he did not engage in any act involving his genitals.

3 YEARS IN PRISON REQUESTED

Following the completion of the investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident, a lawsuit was filed at the Istanbul Criminal Court of First Instance. In the prepared indictment, it was noted that in line with all the evidence collected, the suspect had committed the crime and there was sufficient evidence to file a lawsuit.

According to the report by Armağan Yılmaz from Sabah, a lawsuit was filed against the suspect N.Ç. with a request for a 3-year prison sentence for the crime of 'Sexual Harassment Against a Child.' The court will be held in the coming days.
