Subjected to psychological violence for 6-7 years for refusing to divorce: 'Sound bombs are being thrown at my living room window'

Speaking to 12punto, 50-year-old Songül Merve Yılmaz claimed that her husband has been dragged into a quagmire and that she is being threatened to divorce him.

Stating that she has been unable to reach her husband for about 5 months, Songül Merve Yılmaz says there are two women named Feride and Yasemin in his life, and she does not believe that her husband actually wants to leave her.

Yılmaz, who says she has been subjected to psychological violence for 6-7 years along with her three children, stated that during this time her house has been bugged, her Wi-Fi password has been cracked, and she has received messages containing harassment and threats via social media.

Stating that she is being followed step by step and that sound bombs are being thrown at the windows of her living room, Yılmaz continued her words as follows:

I cannot do anything; I ask you to make my voice heard. He is causing me all kinds of trouble because I will not divorce him.

My car is being scratched, its tires are being slashed.

I do not want to leave him, and I believe he does not want to leave me either.

My husband has been missing for 5 months; I cannot reach him. I have applied to the police three times.

They tell me, "We reached him, he is fine." They say, "There is nothing we can do..."
