Suicide attempt at the Valens Aqueduct
BREAKING NEWS... A suicide attempt occurred around 15:00 at the Valens Aqueduct, one of Istanbul's iconic structures. An unidentified man climbed onto the Valens Aqueduct, risking his life and coming face-to-face with death.
In Istanbul's Saraçhane district, a male citizen attempted suicide at the Valens Aqueduct.
According to an exclusive report on 12punto.com.tr; traffic was disrupted in both directions due to the suicide attempt, which took place around 15:00.
The unidentified citizen who attempted suicide was persuaded to come down following intensive efforts by fire department crews and police officers.
