Şükrü Doğan elected as Council of State member
According to the Decision on Election to Council of State Membership published in the Official Gazette, former General Manager of Legal Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Şükrü Doğan, has been elected.
According to the Decision on Election to Council of State Membership published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, former General Manager of Legal Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Şükrü Doğan, was elected as a member of the Council of State in accordance with Article 155 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Articles 8 and 9 of the Council of State Law No. 2575.
According to the Decision on Election to Council of State Memberships published in the Official Gazette, Ankara Administrative Court President Gülten Hatipoğlu and Istanbul Regional Administrative Court President Recep Yılmaz Korkmaz were also elected.
According to the Decision on Election to Council of State Memberships by the General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors published in the Official Gazette, following the deliberation on the election to vacant membership positions pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the Council of State Law No. 2575 and the 17th paragraph of the Provisional Article 27, it was decided to elect Ankara Administrative Court President Gülten Hatipoğlu and Istanbul Regional Administrative Court President Recep Yılmaz Korkmaz as members of the Council of State.
