The meeting was attended by Council members Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin, and Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler.
Chief of General Staff General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Commander of the Naval Forces Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu, Commander of the Air Force General Ziya Cemal Kadıoğlu, and Commander of the Land Forces General Metin Tokel also participated in the YAŞ meeting.
