Suspicious death in Nazilli
A 35-year-old woman, whom her relatives could not reach in Nazilli, was found dead in her home after they entered with the help of a locksmith.
Relatives of 35-year-old Beste İçel, who was known for her love of animals and reportedly had been experiencing psychological issues recently, became concerned when they could not reach her and went to her home on 352 Street in the Turan neighborhood.
FOUND DEAD IN THE BATHROOM
Worried about the woman, who did not answer her phone or the doorbell of the house where she lived alone, her relatives reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Service. Entering the home with the help of a locksmith under the supervision of teams that arrived at the scene, her relatives found Beste İçel motionless in the bathroom.
TRANSFERRED TO FORENSIC MEDICINE
After health teams checked her and determined that Beste İçel had passed away, crime scene investigation teams and the Public Prosecutor's Office conducted an examination at the house. Following the investigation, the woman's body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. It was reported that a multi-faceted investigation into the incident is ongoing.
