After Turgay Erdoğan (47) and Muhsin Aytemiz (65), who set off in the morning to head to the Gürcüdüzü Plateau in the Fındıklı district of Rize, could not be reached for a long time, their relatives became concerned and notified the authorities. As a result of the search efforts, it was discovered that an SUV had plunged off a cliff at approximately the 5th kilometer of the plateau road.
