Tayfun Kahraman unable to exercise despite doctor's report: He has had MS for nine years
T24 columnist Murat Sabuncu wrote that Gezi prisoner Tayfun Kahraman has been suffering from MS for nine years and is unable to exercise despite a doctor's report.
Urban planner Tayfun Kahraman has been imprisoned for 27 months due to the Gezi Park Case.
T24 columnist Murat Sabuncu stated that Kahraman was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis) nine years ago, noting, "After being diagnosed with MS, he experienced attacks that caused weakness in his right hand and right leg. Another point in MS treatment that is at least as important as medication is the necessity of regular exercise. Currently, he only finds the opportunity for this during the one-hour sports period per week. There is a report written by the department where he received treatment at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. So, has the requirement of this doctor's report been fulfilled?" he asked.
