Teachers' Day celebrated in Istanbul with projections on the Galata Tower

A video highlighting the importance of Teachers' Day was projected onto the Galata Tower in Beyoğlu. The video featured visuals emphasizing the importance of teachers and the teaching profession, accompanied by the phrase "From Roots to the Skies."

Making a statement before the show, Istanbul Provincial Director of National Education Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Mücahit Yentür said, "Today is November 24 Teachers' Day, and we are in front of the Galata Tower, the heart of Istanbul. We have a beautiful show. We are celebrating our Teachers' Day in harmony with natural phenomena.

Teachers are noble individuals who teach students not only subjects like Turkish and mathematics, but also life, beauty, virtue, morality, and excellence, and help them realize the potential within themselves. For this reason, we celebrate the Teachers' Day of all our teachers.

Behind every successful event we see in history and around us, there is a signature, and that is the signature of our teachers. Because teachers are the ones who bring out the truth within a person, teach them what is good and right, live and embody these values, and are both learners and teachers.

All of us have had an important touch from a teacher in our lives. That is why our teachers hold the most exceptional place in our hearts. A person's greatest luck and happiness is to encounter such wonderful teachers.
