Temporary alimony ruling in the divorce case of actor Umut Oğuz and his wife Sevilay Tilda Oğuz

Umut Oğuz is leaving the entire burden on my client by pressuring her, saying, 'You will have to agree to a divorce from me when your money runs out.' Umut Oğuz's financial situation is very good. For now, we have a request for temporary alimony."

Announcing its interim decision, the court ordered Umut Oğuz to pay 10 thousand liras in monthly temporary alimony to his wife, from whom he is in the process of divorcing, and their child. I do not want to be portrayed as a woman who is asking for money. I just want the right to build a new life with my son. I want to get a divorce. We moved to a different city with my child to build a safe life. I have kept silent until today so that my child's father's reputation would not be tarnished, but one day I had to consider my own life and my son's psychology. I have already experienced things that are too heavy to describe. I have submitted the things I alleged to the court file with evidence and witnesses."
