Tense moments at Fatih Ürek's funeral: 'How one of his sisters in particular fleeced him...'

Famous singer and presenter Fatih Ürek passed away in the hospital where he was taken after suffering a heart attack on October 15. Ürek was laid to rest following a ceremony held at the Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Mosque.

Many of his colleagues and fans who wanted to attend the funeral flocked to the mosque.

EMOTIONAL MOMENTS

During the ceremony, the moments when Fatih Ürek's sister was overcome with tears were captured by cameras. While the sight of his sister in tears moved those attending the ceremony, singer Hatice's reaction drew attention.

"NO ONE SHOULD COME TO MY FUNERAL"

Commenting under the videos, Hatice said, "My dear Fatih, we used to talk from time to time and I was a guest on his program many times; I really go crazy when I see these crocodile tears," and added the following:

"It feels like just yesterday he was telling me how one of his sisters in particular fleeced him, how many of his houses she took over, and saying 'Don't trust anyone in life, my dear Hatice.' He would always say, 'I don't go to anyone's funeral, and no one should come to mine; I hate this industry.' Rest in peace, my dear friend. The only thing I can do for you is to pray for you from the bottom of my heart."
