Terim and Ateş are not in the indictment! 'Bosses and emperors are not judged as fairly as mortals'

It has drawn attention that Fatih Terim and Denizbank General Manager Hakan Ateş are not included in the indictment prepared for the football fund fraud operation.

Karar columnist Yıldıray Oğur stated in his column today, "Fatih Terim and Hakan Ateş are in every line of the allegations, but the prosecution managed to write the indictment without touching these two names."

In the relevant section of his article, Oğur noted that two of the defendants are Denizbank executives and three of the complainants are Fatih Terim's daughter, son-in-law, and nephew, and said the following:

"THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE STATEMENTS"

"So, who do you think is not in this case despite all this? Fatih Terim and Denizbank. The two names whose names were used to defraud people, Fatih Terim and Denizbank General Manager Hakan Ateş, are nowhere in this case.

They are not among the six defendants, which include bank manager Seçil Erzan, the assistant branch manager, and four people unrelated to the bank, nor are they among the 16 complainants. Even more interestingly, they don't even have statements in the indictment for the fraud committed using their names." 

"THEY ARE NOT JUDGED AS FAIRLY AS MORTALS.."

Noting that Fatih Terim and Denizbank General Manager Hakan Ateş are in every line of the indictment, Oğur said, "The football players, as if they had agreed on a story, said they entered the fund trusting not Fatih Terim, but the name of Hakan Ateş. In other words, they tried to keep Fatih Terim out of the investigation. In news reports originating from Hakan Ateş, the arrows point to Fatih Terim.

But the prosecution managed to write an indictment without touching Fatih Terim and Hakan Ateş. With the decision it made, the BRSA pulled Denizbank out of this abyss. After all, one is a long-time boss, and the other is a long-time emperor. Bosses and emperors are not judged as fairly as mortals," he said.
