Terrorist in the red category neutralized

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya has announced! The terrorist, who was wanted in the red category and served as the so-called "Serhat Province Commander and YJA-STAR official," has been neutralized.

Yerlikaya made the following statements in his announcement:

The terrorist, who was wanted in the red category and served as the so-called "Serhat Province Commander and YJA-STAR official," has been neutralized after having ordered and personally participated in 16 attacks that resulted in 29 martyrs.

I would like our noble nation to know that;

We are determined; we will scrape these traitors from our sacred homeland. We will cut off the breath of the terrorists one by one.

In the “GÜRZ-7” operation carried out in the rural area of Doğubayazıt in Ağrı province;

The terrorist, a member of the (BTÖ) named Seyran Çomak, codenamed Bervar, who was in the red category and served as the so-called "Serhat Province Commander and YJA-STAR official," was neutralized.

The terrorist neutralized in the operation carried out in the rural area of Doğubayazıt in Ağrı province was in the RED category on the Ministry of Interior's Wanted Terrorists List.

The terrorist named Seyran Çomak, codenamed Bervar;

was determined to have ordered and personally participated in a total of 16 attacks in which 28 security personnel and one citizen were martyred,

and 72 security personnel and 2 civilians were injured.

Following a DNA test conducted on Seyran Çomak, codenamed Bervar, who was previously thought to have been neutralized based on the testimony of a BTÖ member captured alive in 2018, it was determined that she was neutralized as dead in the “GÜRZ-7” operation.

As a result of intelligence work carried out by the Ağrı Provincial Gendarmerie Command, under the coordination of the Gendarmerie General Command Intelligence Department and the Counter-Terrorism (TEM) Department, and under the direction and command of the Security Corps Command; in the operation carried out in the rural area of Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı province with the support of Air Force Command aircraft, Attack Helicopter units, and UCAVs belonging to the Gendarmerie General Command and Land Forces Command, with the participation of Gendarmerie Special Operations (JÖH), Gendarmerie Commando, and Security Guard teams, Seyran Çomak, codenamed Bervar, was neutralized along with her weapon in the armed clash that ensued.
