Testimony of F.S.B., who stabbed teacher Fatma to death, revealed: 'I always carried a knife'
The testimony of F.S.B., who killed Fatma Nur Çelik in a knife attack at the Borsa İstanbul Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Çekmeköy, has been revealed.
A detention order had been issued for 17-year-old F.S.B. His testimony regarding the murder has now emerged.
According to the report by Burak Doğan, F.S.B. stated the following:
"I had broken up with my girlfriend two days before the incident. That is why I went to school to speak with our guidance counselor, Şeyda Hoca.
I looked for her but could not find her. I was going to commit suicide after speaking with Şeyda Hoca. When I couldn't find her, I became stressed. I started hearing voices.
I entered a random classroom and attacked whoever I saw first. I was not in my right mind.
I only remember running in the hallway. I remember that teacher Fatmanur had taught my class before. She was our biology teacher. We had no hostility between us. I know teacher Zeynep. She had taught our chemistry class before.
I had no hostility toward her either. I did not know Salih beforehand.
I stabbed them randomly. I always carried a knife with me. It was not something specific to that day. No one incited me to do this. I apologize to the people who were injured."
