The film 'Tezgah' to compete at the 30th Minsk International Film Festival

At the Minsk Film Festival, which will be followed by art lovers from all over the world, the film 'Tezgah', directed by Erkan Kolçak Köstengil and Kadir Çermik, will be presented to cinema enthusiasts. We see Köstengil in this film as both director and lead actor.

In the film, which brings together a strong cast, we see Damla Sönmez, Rıza Kocaoğlu, and Şinasi Yurtsever in the other lead roles.

The film Tezgah has been selected for the main competition section of the Minsk International Film Festival Listapad, which will take place in Belarus from November 1 to 8.

The film, which will have its international premiere at the festival, was selected as one of 18 films from 24 countries in the main competition section, where it will compete against Payal Kapadia's Grand Prix-winning film from the Cannes Film Festival, "All We Imagine as Light", and Ramon Zürcher's "Der Spatz im Kamin" (The Sparrow in the Chimney).

Tezgah tells the story of a famous national figure who catches their spouse cheating on them with their closest friend on the kitchen counter. It is a story of an age of 'lovelessness' that focuses on events unfolding around a writer, an actress, and a musician in the thriller-comedy genre.
