Thanks from Yasemin Minguzzi to Sedat Peker's wife Özge Peker: She shared Peker's message
Yasemin Minguzzi expressed her gratitude by sharing a message from Özge Peker, the wife of organized crime leader Sedat Peker, which read: "I hope they will receive the punishment they deserve before the law. As a mother, this is my prayer. May God always be with you and help you, Ms. Yasemin."
It had been alleged that in the early days following the death of Ahmet Minguzzi, Sedat Peker reached out to the Minguzzi family through his lawyer, Ersan Barkın, and stated that he was by their side throughout every process.
According to a post on X by Peker's lawyer Ersan Barkın, Barkın has become the new lawyer for the case.
Quoting a photo of himself with Minguzzi's mother, Yasemin Minguzzi, Lawyer Barkın said, "With gratitude to the Minguzzi family, who are fighting for our future in the name of our beautiful child, Mattia Ahmet..."
Yasemin Minguzzi, for her part, shared a photo of herself with Barkın on her Instagram account and wrote, "Attorney Ersan Barkın will represent our family in the ongoing case of our son, Mattia Ahmet, at the Istanbul Juvenile High Criminal Court. We thank Mr. Ersan Barkın once again for being by our side from the very first day until today."
