Following a preliminary investigation into Dyson, the Competition Authority has opened a formal inquiry to determine whether the company has violated Law No. 4054.
According to a statement made by the Competition Authority, an investigation has been launched into Dyson Turkey Elektrikli Ürünler Tic. Ltd. Şti. The investigation aims to
determine whether the company violated the law. Within the scope of the investigation,corded and cordless vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair careequipment, hairand hand dryers, lighting, wearable technology products, and variousindustrial and household cleaning equipmentin Turkeysuch as Thepractices of Dyson, which sells and markets various durableconsumer goods,regarding the prevention of parallel imports and interference with resale conditionswill be examined to determinewhether Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054has been violated by theseactions.
