The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has redetermined the judicial districts of tax courts in certain provinces

The Council of Judges andProsecutors (HSK) General Assembly, taking into account the newly established regionaladministrative courts in Antalya, Diyarbakır, and Kayseri,has reconsidered the judicialdistricts and thejurisdictionsof the tax courts.regulated. The decision was published in the Official Gazette.

According to the HSK's decision, the judicial districts of the newly established Antalya, Diyarbakır, and Kayseri Regional Administrative Courts and the districts of otherTaking intoaccount the geographicalconditions, workloads, and transportationproximity of theprovinces affiliatedwith the regionaladministrative courts, the judicial district of the Elazığ and Malatya Tax Courts has been removed fromwas removed. The court'sjurisdictionwas limited solely to the provincialboundariesof Malatya.

Muş was removed from the judicial districtof the Van Tax Court. The Van Tax Court'sjurisdictionas the provinces of Van, Bitlis, and Hakkari, and wasregulated. Bingöl was removed from the jurisdictionof the Erzurum Tax Court.It was removed.

The jurisdiction of the Erzurum Tax Courtwas defined.Erzurum, Agri, Ardahan, Bayburt, Erzincan, Gumushane, Igdir, Kars and Tunceli provinces were determined as the provincial boundaries. The judicial district of the Diyarbakir Tax Courts was set as Diyarbakir, Bingol, Elazre-established to cover the provinces of Iğdır and Muş.

The newregulation will come into effect on January 2,2026.
