New details have emerged regarding the person who performed the fumigation at the hotel, which is believed to have caused the deaths of the family members.

THE FUMIGATION COMPANY EMPLOYEE CHANGED THEIR STATEMENT

The investigation into the poisoning case, which is alleged to have caused the deaths of the Böcek family, is being conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Among the suspects is Doğan C., an employee of the fumigation company. In his initial statement, Doğan C., who performed the fumigation at the hotel, stated that he did not have a certificate. C. made a striking admission, saying, "I do not have any certificate regarding the fumigation process. When I first started the job, the person who trained me said that a certificate was not necessary."

FOOTAGE HAS EMERGED

Footage of Doğan C., who fumigated the hotel where the Böcek family was staying on November 11, entering and leaving the hotel has also been reflected in the media. 8 OUT OF 11 SUSPECTS ARRESTED

Within the scope of the investigation, 11 people were detained as suspects. Following the investigation initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 8 suspects were arrested. The other 3 suspects were released under judicial control measures. In the ongoing investigation into the relevant suspects, house arrest and a travel ban were imposed on hotel owner H.O. and employee R.B. The Criminal Court of Peace appealed this decision, and a new arrest warrant was issued.

ARREST WARRANTS ISSUED FOR HOTEL OWNER AND EMPLOYEE

Following the appeal, the Criminal Court of Peace issued arrest warrants for hotel owner H.O. and hotel employee R.B. In accordance with the decision, apprehension procedures were initiated for the suspects. This development is recorded as a critical stage for the investigation.
