The government said there was no bargaining, but the reality turned out to be very different: The PKK terrorist organization is not laying down its arms! Öcalan condition from the organization

The second opening process, which came back to the agenda after MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli's statement at the group meeting, maintains its uncertainty. 

Following Devlet Bahçeli's call saying, "Let Öcalan come to the DEM Party group meeting. Let him announce that the PKK has been dissolved, and in return, let him benefit from the right to hope," a DEM Party delegation held meetings with terrorist Öcalan.

As a result of the meetings, PKK ringleader Öcalan had called for the PKK to dissolve itself.

Following this call, the terrorist organization, which convened its so-called congress at 2 different locations, announced that they were laying down their arms provided there was no armed attack against them, and that the organization would no longer carry out armed actions. 

Following this development, it was debated where and under whose control the terrorist organization would leave its weapons.  

Although both the government and the DEM Party wing stated that the process was progressing without bargaining, it turned out that this did not reflect reality. 

Finally, Besê Hozat, Co-Chair of the Executive Council of the KCK, the umbrella organization of the terrorist organization PKK, evaluated the process being carried out with Turkey. 

Terrorist Hozat stated that Abdullah Öcalan must be free in order to implement the decision to dissolve and lay down arms taken at the PKK's 12th congress, saying, "Only leader Apo can take the weapons from the hands of the fighters."
