The latest poll on Erdoğan's desk has been revealed! Here are the vote shares for AKP and CHP

Responding to journalists' questions at the Anatolian Conversations program organized by the Turkey Press Federation, AKP Deputy Chairman Mustafa Şen made evaluations regarding recent developments within the CHP and public opinion polls.

Speaking about the dual structure emerging within the CHP and the poll results shared in connection with it, Şen stated, "What happens on the CHP island concerns the island's residents, not us. We are focused on our own work. We have been the leading party since December 2024."

"WE APPEAR TO BE AT 37-38 IN RECENT SURVEYS"

According to Haberler.com, Şen claimed that their party had slipped to second place during a period of approximately 6-7 months around October 2024. Stating that this situation changed as of December, Şen said:

"We corrected that as of December 2024. The figures from last week are very clear. We appear to be at 37-38 in recent surveys, in recent weeks. We have been on the rise since December 2024. This is not surprising to us. We are a party that has received 40-50 percent."

CLAIM OF 26-27 PERCENT FOR CHP

Mustafa Şen, who argued that the AKP's electoral support continues to increase, claimed that the vote share of the second party following them is at the 26-27 percent level.

Without naming names, Şen made the following assessment regarding the vote shares of other political parties:

"The third party is hovering at 9-10, and the next party at 7-8. I think this will continue like this for a while. Let me say clearly that some see themselves in the grain silo like a hungry chicken. There is no such social or political structure where they are 'getting this much, getting that much.' We advise everyone to produce their own politics."

STATEMENT REGARDING THE "TERROR-FREE TURKEY" PROCESS

Responding to the question "Have you conducted research on a 'Terror-Free Turkey'?" asked during the program, Şen said that the process is measured regularly in the eyes of the public.

Stating that they conduct research every month, Şen used the following expressions:

"We are measuring it constantly, in a way that follows each other every month. From the very beginning, it is about bringing it to the auspicious conclusion that the nation expects from us. Hopefully, that will happen in this legislative term. The nation is telling us, 'Finish this business.' We have very serious work that we need to handle, and that is why what happens on the CHP island does not concern us. The public has bought into peace and security in the region. This business will end. And this is the clear stance of our President, both as president and commander-in-chief. This business will end. The public wants it clearly."
