The most asked question to CIMER in 2024 has been revealed

The CIMER platform, which has been the first place citizens turn to when they want to exercise their rights to petition and access information with more than 35 million applications since 2018, saw intense interest in 2024 as well.

In addition to facilitating the exercise of citizens' rights to petition and access information, CIMER, where they can convey their views and suggestions regarding implemented policies and submit new policy proposals, has today become the world's largest-scale public communication platform where the heart of nation-state communication beats.

A total of 7 million 360 thousand responses were sent to citizens throughout the year from CIMER, where it is mandatory to respond to every application made and where administrative and technical structuring has been established accordingly.

In 2024, among 867 different types of applications, the topic of "population registration procedures" took the top spot due to the intense interest of those wanting to learn their exact time of birth.

The most applications came from Malatya, Ankara, and İzmir.

CIMER IN 2025

Stating that CIMER's service quality will increase with the artificial intelligence transformation in 2025 and that a mobile application will be launched, Altun emphasized the Century of Turkey Communication Model and stated that this transformation will offer a more qualified experience in public services.
