The 'Residence' war between Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı and Levent Gültekin

Tensions are rising in the dispute between Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı and Levent Gültekin... Kütahyalı, who claims that Gültekin is under the command of President Erdoğan, alleged, "The contractor of the twin-tower Newada Residence in Maltepe is Levent Gültekin."

"It was Levent who 'arranged' for the then-Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and Maltepe Municipality to turn a blind eye to a structure much taller than all other buildings in that area. A clear case of zoning corruption was committed. I know this in great detail," Kütahyalı said, adding the following:

"I also bought two apartments from this Levent, that is, from Newada Residence. Yes, I confess. This Levent sold them to me at a very reasonable price. I bought them too. I looked after my own interests. I didn't think about the rest. Watch the Ensonhaber video from start to finish; I explain it there. That building should have been legally demolished; in fact, it should never have been built at all. Even though I knew from start to finish that it was an irregular structure, I bought two apartments because the price was reasonable. 

'HE SOLD THEM AT A REASONABLE PRICE AS HUSH MONEY, AS A FORM OF BRIBE'

I am also at fault. Gültekin sold apartments in Newada Residence in this way to many journalists who knew about these disgraceful acts committed by Levent Gültekin. Gültekin sold them to these journalists at a reasonable price, practically as "hush money," as a form of bribe. If Levent Gültekin does not honestly confess these stains in his past, and if he continues to deceive, mislead, and lie to our opposition-minded people, I will reveal these names as well. Levent called influential people from AK Party circles yesterday to silence me. He is very afraid. He is terrified. But fear is of no use against destiny."

GÜLTEKİN: THE HOLDING I HAD TO WORK FOR AT ONE TIME...

Levent Gültekin responded to Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı, who accused him of bribery, via his social media account: "If I were afraid or had such secrets, I would be a jester of the palace like you. Other lowlifes have made this slander before; I had them all convicted in court, and you will be too. There wasn't a single minister or politician you didn't put in the middle to buy two apartments from the holding I had to work for at one time just so I wouldn't sell my soul like you. Despite my objection, the company owner sold them to you at a price below the norm. You are so devoid of morality that you would spit in the plate you eat from."

KÜTAHYALI: I AM WRITING WITH DOCUMENTS, PROOF, AND WITNESSES

Responding to Gültekin's statement with a message shared on social media, Kütahyalı stated the following:

"The Newada Residence corruption of Levent Gültekin, who went from being a Radical Islamist Kurdish Mujahid to a Secular Turkish Kemalist Contractor, is being written about for the first time with documents, proof, and witnesses.

Because I am a witness myself; unfortunately, I was part of this incident by buying two apartments.

Previously, there were only rumors, but it was never written about concretely; the cunning Levent covered up all these rumors with bribes.

Did you sell apartments to the editor-in-chief of a famous newspaper owned by Tayyip Erdoğan or not? That editor-in-chief also banned anything from being written against you.

Will you reveal the name of this journalist, or should I, my sell-out assimilated Kurdish brother? Fear is of no use against destiny, my child.

I mean, there should be a limit to lying, fraud, and dishonor, my brother.

Okay, you deceived and misled the opposition for 14 years. You are the Kurdish version of your fellow townsman Sinan Ogan.

Sinan Ogan, Ahmet Hakan, and you. You are spiritual triplets. You are like the 'Same Man' poem by İsmet Özel. You are already best friends with Ahmet Hakan; you are inseparable.

It saddened me that you became an apostate, ashamed of your Muslim identity, in order to be Secular and White.

You attacked me before, but I always had mercy on you, but you made me lose my temper with the last dishonorable thing you did for no reason.

Anyway, because of me, you were forced to become an "opposition" figure because you had no other way out. Don't make me tell that process and all the truths.
